Help Timofei get Medical Care He Needs in Israel

My nearly two-year-old nephew, Timofei Knish (born 05.09.2017), has a serious illness. Health care workers in Ukraine - Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital and other health professionals - cannot provide the child with the necessary care. Since birth, more than 50 surgeries have been made. The child was in intensive care for several months. Today, Timofei can breathe only through the tube set in the throat (see photo). Doctors in Ukraine have no opportunity to pull the tube out, because the child needs a proper surgery. Ukrainian doctors refused to do the surgery because they do not have enough knowledge. The family was warned that nobody in Ukraine can help Timofei.
With a tube in the throat the boy does not develop properly. He almost does not eat, loses weight (for the age of 1.7 years, the baby weighs only 7 kilograms, and the weight should be about 12-13 kilograms). Because of the tube Timofei still did not start talking. The baby's muscles are sluggish and weak. Timofei cannot sit or walk.
The diagnosis as presented in Ukraine: hypoxic-ischemic damage of the central nervous system. Subcortical leukomalacia. Septicemia (sepsis). Open oval window. Laringomalyatsiya. Tracheostomy (stenosis).
My relatives - the parents of a child Tetyana and Sergiy - turned to a clinic in Israel. There they are ready to be accepted. The amount for a child's examination and diagnosis is $10,500 (see attachment). The surgery itself, as explained by the medical staff, will cost from $70,000+. Accommodations during the examination and treatment will cost an average of $50-80 per day. It is unknown at this time how long the treatment will take. This is a very large sum of money that the family does not have.
