Autumn's Recovery

Donation protected
Autumn Naomi Ruthann Mcculligh was born on May 11th 2015 with a serious rare heart condition called Ebsteins anomaly. It's a defect that causes your tricuspid valve( the valve between the two right heart chambers) doesn't work properly. The tricuspid valve sits lower than normal in the right ventricle and the tricuspid valve's leaflets are abnormally formed which causes blood to leak backwards through her valve and can lead to heart failure without surgery.
When we went for her pre op procedure in April 2017 , A Cardiology  Catheter, they were suppose to put a small tube through her hip to her heart but during the OR her heart stopped twice, 12 mins the first time, than longer the second, she had to have CPR and shocked to stable back her heart, than was put on life support.. After she woke up she was diagnosed with a severe brain injury that causes her to have problems with motor skills on her left side, she also has a percentage of 40-50% brain damage. With all the odds and 5 months of rehab, we we're able to come home with Autumn on August 10th 2017 until she returned back for her Open Heart surgery.
We have returned to sick kids October 31st at 6am for Autumn's procedure.. her surgery went really well itself.
A couple hours after, they took her breathing tube out causing a small cough.. that small cough broke a stitch in her heart, which bled into her chest, her heart was almost completely empty of blood to pump.. she received multiple blood transfusions but stopped breathing, they had to do chest compressions (CPR) for 29 mins.
Autumn was put back on life support with her chest open for 3 days.. she suffered another brain injury on top of what happened back in April. We are extremely grateful she is still here with us, but still dealing with the fact she is not our old autumn.. she is completely disabled, not talking, nor walking or functioning arms and legs normally.I am in financial difficulties keeping up with rent, bills and a pet sitter back home in Sudbury.. also keeping up with my sons diapers, formula and other needs of our own living out of a hotel just to be close to our Autumn and now since she is unable to feed orally because of her brain injury she will be needing a "G tube" which is like a tube that sticks out by your belly button which is surgically put in and the supplies including the feeding pump and special feed.
We are also looking into needing all around special needs equipment through out our house (bath, hospital bed, wheelchair)
Which we would be needing to pay for every year.. I won't be able to work or even finish school when we go back home because she will need me to take care of her and it will be hard to trust anyone else to..
We have spent almost a full year far from our home living in a hotel room just to be with Autumn 24/7 to know how to care/nurse her new special needs. My heart is shattered as I have to live knowing my daughter is not the same active/talking/eating toddler..
we are barely getting by as it is and
I'm asking for help desperately..
I don't know what your expectations are when it comes to a family in need.. I just know I need help getting even a meal for myself or any baby needs for Autumn's little brother while we spend this heart breaking time away from home..
