Pay Pal Shows No Mercy for Cancer

First I want to thank all of you for kind words and encouragement during my current fight against cancer and my thyroid surgeory. Next comes the radiation and body scan.
This post is not about me, it's about my dad and his online business. Most of you know him but if you don't his name is Tra and he has been in the greenhouse business for as long as I have been alive. He sells what he grows on the internet at www.thehostafarm.com and ships orders all over the US. He even sold some of his plants to Martha Stewart for one of her gardens."

During the time that I was having to go from doctor to doctor and have test after test done he got behind in his shipping schedule. He sent out emails to his customers letting them know their orders would be late but most people didn't even open them. Instead when the customers orders did not show up on time many of them contacted Pay Pal.
Pay Pal sent Dad an email and wanted to know what the problem was. He informed them of my Cancer diagnosis and how chaotic things where and that was one of several reasons orders where not shipping on time. The other factor was that his customer service employee sent him a text and told him "I quit" and we have not heard from him since. While he tried to find a replacement a lot of emails and phone calls where being missed..... which in turn led to more complaints to Pay Pal and another email wanting to know what was going on inside his business.
With all of this going on he was still managing to ship around 75-100 orders per day. Then came the day I had to have my cancer/thyroid removed and he of course stayed at the hospital with me and my mom. No orders got shipped on those days and Pay Pal informed him that his account was frozen. Customers could still pay but he could not access any of the money inside the account. The problem with that is the shipping fees the customer paid are locked up inside the frozen account.
He has been using our household funds and borrowed money to pay for Priority Mail and boxes and from what I can put together from overhearing conversations he is about out of money to cover the cost of shipping. When Pay Pal frooze the account they told him he would not have acccess to any of the money until the last order was shipped. I just casually asked him how many more spring orders he had to ship and he said about 1,200.
I asked my Aunt who has been helping him try to catch up how much shipping cost was per order. Of course her reply was "it varies" but I pressed a little harder and she told me it runs about $11.00 per order so he needs $13,000 to ship the orders. Knowing the money is there but he can not access it has him so frustrated and depressed I am worried about him.
If he does not get all the orders shipped out by Mid-June Pay Pal refunds the customers money and this will put him out of business. A business that took him 25 years to build. I can't stand seeing him this way so I thought I would try to raise the money on Go Fund Me. I have never used it before but it seems pretty straight forward.
No donation is to small and I will truly be thankful forany amount you can spare. It seems strange asking for money like this but it's the only idea I could come up with. Please help me help my dad and fast. If I understand it right he has 21 days to fulfill all the orders.
