Help Pastor Greg!

Donation protected
Pastor Greg Coleman  is a loving family  man,  brother, son & friend. He's the father of three  daughters, Tayler, Abbie, and Anna. He's also "Poppy" to two beautiful grandchildren, Jordyn and Wesley. Greg serves as a music minister at Jimmy Swaggart's Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge, Louisianna. Pastor Greg loves the Lord, he loves his family, he loves music, and he loves life. He is one of the most kind hearted people you will meet. His heart for God is inspiring, he has done everything to  model the love of Christ to his family and friends.

In 2010 Greg was diagnosed with Stage Iv Prostate Cancer in the most aggressive form. The Cancer wasn't encapsulated and had spread to his bones where there were numerous metastisies. He first visited MD Anderson in Houston, Texas for evaluation & treatment recommendations. He was then treated by The Woodlands Specialists in Pensacola, Florida. The Cancer had been in remission until April 2015 as a result of prayer, oral chemo & a cutting edge $100k treatment of Provenge in Mobile, Alabama.

On April 29th, 2015, He awoke  in the middle of the night and couldn't walk. He was taken to Our Lady of Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisianna where he was diagnosed with an L1 fracture in his spine due to the cancer having come out of remission. He was given 14 rounds of radiation therapy & was in the hospital for 19 days in excruciating pain. He underwent numerous bonescans, MRIs, and ctscans while there. He came home to Florida on May 18th, still in excruciating pain and unable to care for himself. He is unable to walk on his own and has been confined to using a walker and a wheelchair. Pastor Greg was hospitalized again on June 3rd in Gulf Beeeze, Florida with serious issues with his kidneys. He stayed in Gulf Beeeze Hospital until June 8th & was transferred to West Florida Rehabilative Center at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Florida where he underwent extensive physical & occupational therapy from June 8th through June 25th.  He is now receiving home health care & physical therapy at home. He is to begin IV CHEMO this month. Greg has raged an incredible fight against cancer maintaining his character of being a man of great faith & continuing to minister to others even during his battle.

The cost of Pastor Greg's medical bills has been astronomical . Even with health insurance, the cost has been just too great for Greg and his family to handle.  Please help this great man of God and his family to recover not only from the financial weight of the situation, but also the burden of everything a battle with cancer encompasses.

There are two ways you can help. First, we would ask that you partner with this family in prayer for Pastor Greg. We are believing for a complete healing and total restoration. The second way you can help is financially. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.

We thank you for your love and support.
