Help Pammy with her cancer surgery

Pammy is a funny, sweet 14 yo rescued dog who we took from a shelter when she was about 7/8 months old.
Until yesterday night she was in great shape, as healthy and as playful as always. But this morning I woke up and she seemed to be in great pain. Even if it's Sunday, I rushed her to the vet where she had x-rays and blood exams.
Turns out she has breast cancer and needs to have surgery fast. Her blood exams are good, so there is no reason why she can't have more happy years to live once she's cancer free, and that's what I want for her.
The vet bill is going to be huge. I always managed to pay for other big vet bills by myself for my many pets (5 rescued cats, 2 rescued dogs, 7 outdoor cats who I've neutered and spayed and feed daily), but I'm going through a rough time and I need help.
My job isn't going well, and I am currently under treatment for a severe case of asthma, which slows me down a lot. I don't have a husband or family to support me, it's just me and my 72-year-old mom, who's unwell.
Pammy is an amazing dog, so full of life. I've volunteered for many years and I've met many dogs, but she's the funniest, and not because she is mine.
She barks in ways that sound like she's saying complete sentences, likes to get a running start then jump on her cot and make it slide, loves playing with our cats and is totally in love with her broken carrot toy.
In these not-so-happy last few years, she has been a true gift, a ray of light, making us laugh out loud every day more than once, even when things are really bad. She is like a therapy dog, as she is able to lift dark clouds off my mood and light things up. I cannot lose her. It's not her time yet.
To be completely honest, the vet doesn't need an up-front payment to do the surgery, as she knows me well and I already gave her 200 €. But between my asthma treatment ( which is partly free ), my mother's and now Pammy, I'm going to face a tough time and I can't get through it without help.
I have an Etsy shop where I sell my original Illustrations as prints and accessories, so another way to help me, if you don't want to give a donation, could be buying something from my shop.
Anyway, I'd love to send the file of one of my illustration (one of your choice) for every donation given, to express my gratitude for your help. So please tell me which one is the illustration you'd like to have.
I know Pammy would like to lick your face to say she loves you, because that what she does to people she likes!
