Move my Mom to a warmer climate

Hello, My name, is Madison I'm the only child of my mom Merrilee. My Mom has always been my hero because of everything she has been through.
At birth she was delivered by an intern who did not check her after birth. In particular, he did not check her hips. My Mom was born with double hip displasia. This means that she was born without hipsockets on both sides.
This is an easy problem to fix if it's caught at birth. My Mom's wasn't found until she was two years old!!! What followed was years of traction, body casts, and bed rest.
My Mom had her first hip replacement in her 20's. I was born when my Mom was 28... Sadly, having me may have done damage we do not know for certain.
During my childhood my Mom had procedure after procedure. Going from being able to walk with a cane, to a walker, and to now...
My Mom is now confined to her electric wheelchair. Theres far too much damage in her arms from using crutches over the years to even consider being able to use a manual chair.
After 42 hip procedures and a total of 11 of them being hip replacements, there is nothing they can do any more except keep her as comfortable as they can.
That brings me to this. We NEED to move! It's far too cold here. My Mom is literally freezing every winter, and it's only getting worse.
We are planning to move to Florida where it is warm-hot year round, and we need to do this soon. My husband and I are already working to sell a bunch of stuff we don't need but it may not be enough.
Please, anything you can spare... I need to get my Mom out of here. I love her too much not to...
