Dental Surgery for Moose!

This is my baby boy, Moose. He's my husband's emotional support animal and we consider him our child considering we can't have any of our own. He's in need of dental surgery. About two and a half weeks ago he ended up with gingivitis and growths on his gums. These growths may be cancerous and need to be removed as soon as possible. The last appointment at the vet's office was 2-8-19. The vet stressed we needed clear up the gingivitis and remove these growths as soon as possible. Without the surgery, this infection will only get worse and the growths will continue to get larger. He's already refusing to eat his hard food so we're having to blend it with water for him.
The poor guy is just miserable and clearly in pain. His gums are inflamed and sore.
The procedure he would need is estimated between $646 dollars and $882 because it's dependent on how long the surgery takes. Here is the itemized list the vet gave us.

Moose is an incredible dog and seeing him in this amount of discomfort and not being to help him is heartbreaking. Please share this - maybe it'll reach someone who can donate. If you're seeing this - even a dollar would be helpful. One dollar adds up. I would be eternally grateful. Please help Mr. Moose.
