Please help me rescue a dog

I am currently residing in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica and rescued a puppy from abusive owners. She is only 11 months old and was hit by a car and broke her paw. There isn't a vet in town who can perform the surgery so I had to make my journey to San Jose to get the operation done. The public buses and shuttles do not allow dogs so I had to pay a private shuttle $310, on top of the $550 surgery,  $100 hotel, medicine, and food.  The surgery was a success and now I am in the process of getting her paperwork and vaccinations to bring her back to the states with me. The vet cost me about $200 and the plane ticket home with her was almost $800. I also have to make the journey back to San Jose plus the hotel room before our flight leaves April 14. I have  maxed out all of my credit cards and am going broke. Rescuing this dog has cost me $2000. Please, anything helps.
