Help me recover from emotional abuse

I grew up in a society where women should be loving, trustworthy, hard workers, honest and have a family: husband and kids. I'm a loving daughter, sister, aunt, friend, teacher and for 9 years I was a loving girlfriend that sacrificed everything for my boyfriend. I helped him with bank problems with his house mortgage by loaning him 10.000€, I payed for his 6.500€ dental treatment and I payed for his health insurance. 
In return, he was ashamed of kissing me or holding my hand in public. I tried to convince myself that it was his personality, but when we moving in together to his house, I payed him 400€ monthly and never had access to the mail box or the bills. He wouldn't let me open the windows or touch the walls of the house. He would count every food item he would buy to know if I ate his food. And he took pieces out from the washing machine to make it impossible for me to wash my clothes.
After 9 years of relationship, I got the courage and strength to leave. But I left without anything and I am now living at my parents house. I left without money, self esteem, hope and strength.
I have trouble asking for help but I need help to stand up tall from all of this. I need help to get my own house where I'll be able to live with my loving and sweet furbaby.
If you can help me, I'll be forever grateful and humbled for the gesture.
