Help Me Fund A Down Payment

On October 29th, my car was flipped in an act of vandalism targeted at the business I was parked behind. I had no association with the person that is believed to have done this, but I am currently facing the repercussions.

My car was totaled, and though I did have insurance, the totaled amount was almost exactly what I owed on the car. I was not provided with a rental or assistance toward a down payment on another car. I also have paid almost $8,000 in payments since I bought the car, which is money I will not get back unless this case goes to court or I can sue this person. My car was fairly new, with only 30,000 miles, so I really did not expect to be giving up my investment anytime soon, especially without being able to sell it. I had hoped it would last me maybe 10 years.

This haneous and agressive act of vandalism that I somehow became the victim of has been a huge loss and placed a burden my friends and family that have been my transportation. I hope to have most of this repayed by the person who is truly responsible. However, I know that that may take a long time, if I receive any repayment at all. So in the meantime, any donation that would help me save up for a down payment on another car, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and support.
