Jessica was riding her bicycle, on Wednesday morning, when a man who was DUI crashed into a power pole. The power line fell from above onto her, causing electrocution, and severe burns to Jessica's legs.
A Police officer walking in the parking lot saw this happen; thankfully. He rushed to her aid and waited for the ambulance to arrive.
She is currently in Emanuel Medical Center's burn unit for treatment.
Jessica is homeless, and we are asking for any help at this time.
