Helping Luis

hi! my name is Luis! i’m 24 years old and live in jacksonville,florida. im disabled and have something called spinal muscular atrophy type 2! i’m unable to work because of it, it makes lots of everyday type things become super hard to do. i just thought i’d give this a chance! i haven’t been able to catch up on bills, and even barely able to get groceries. if any of you feel generous enough to help me out it would mean the world to me!
