helping Jona-fox heal

so, here is the truth. I've been working since I was 13 years old to pay bills. since I can remember I've been living paycheck to paycheck, squeaking by each month. and I've always been able to make it through one way or another. but after being rear ended on Wednesday April 19, 2017 I'm not so sure how I will make it through. I am so grateful to be alive and did not break anything but I do have a concussion.  as well as a lot of inflammation and neck, jaw and back pain.  I will need to see a chiropractor and get physical therapy.  the person who hit me is okay too. and her insurance company will pay for the damages. but the process to get reimbursed can take a while and I have rent due soon. I have already missed several days of work. I do not have savings, I do not have family I can ask for money, I can't get a credit card even if I wanted to because I couldn't pay it off at the end of the month anyway.

healing takes time and I have to love myself enough to put down all this worry about how I will make it through. I can't force the process and stressing myself out slows down the healing my body needs to do.

I believe we are all connected. and we are not meant to carry burdens alone. as a practice in self love I have to let go of my pride and ego and the idea that I should be able to take care of this myself and humble myself and ask for help. because truly, I don't know what else to do.

anything anyone gives is greatly appreciated. I put a high goal, but really anything will help.
