Joanne's Battle with Breast Cancer

HI EVERYONE.. MY NAME IS JOANNE VALLEJO.  I am a mother of 3 great kids, a grandmother of 2 princesses, a hairstylist of 22 years. I am very independent so when on
**FEBRUARY 24, 2017 @ 3:49PM***  I was told that I had BREAST CANCER. My world came to a screeching halt. My head was spinning and I had a million and one thoughts in my head all at the same time. I broke down and quickly wiped my tears and knew I had to fight. 2 surgeries later, after I thought I was in the clear..all of my worst fears came true. I need chemo therapy,radiation and a pill that I need to take for about 10-15 years. For the first time in my life I feel out of control. I never asked for hand outs but I need to put my pride to the side because I can't have my son without a roof over his head or food and clothing. I know this too shall pass.
I am a fighter. When God made me, He made a soldier.
My life is changing at a high speed rate. I'm scared, not afraid to admit it. I will keep updates on this page.
I don't wish this on my worst enemy.
