Helping a family after a horrible car accident

•••UPDATED INFO••• Annalia's recovery is long and ongoing, while she has healed somewhat, her injuries are still extensive. Her care will be ongoing for months if not over a year. Any donations will be put towards her medical care, including parking fees at the hospital and gas to get to appointments, as well as maintaining our regular monthly bills while we are out of work caring for Anna. Nyk lost his job due to complications with FMLA and I will be out of work for awhile due to my own injuries. Our family is appreciative of everyone's support and generosity.  ••••••••••••••••••••• On Aug 3rd 2019 on our way to a family member's wedding, we were crossing an intersection when our car was struck on the driver's rear side. Mom (Carly) lost consciousness when the vehicle struck and Dad (Nyk) rushed to help their little girl, Anna in the backseat. Anna was pulled out of the vehicle by her father and soon after Anna, Nyk and Carly were brought to UMASS Memorial Hospital by ambulance. While Mom and Dad only suffered minor injuries, Anna wasnt as lucky. Anna suffered a laceration on her cheek that went through and through from the corner of her mouth to her ear that required immediate surgery. She has lost the nerve ending to the corner of her mouth, so her smile will never be the same again. She also lost a salivary gland due to the duct not being able to be repaired because of the damage.  She has also suffered a fractured clavicle and a fractured rib, as well as grade 2 lacerations on her spleen. There are more lacerations on her face that required stitching including her eyelid and her forehead.  She has been on a ventilator since being admitted to the ICU due to lung complications after aspirating blood. This morning her blood pressure kept dipping too low and the doctors now have to change her medicine that keeps her sedated. She will undergo another series of testing this afternoon and receive another chest xray and an MRI. We are asking for people's support as Anna's healing process will take months, if not longer, to overcome. She will be in the hospital for several days and her recovery at home will be even harder.  We are asking for help with medical bills, help to pay regular bills as one of us will be out of work caring for Anna until she is better and for help in trying to get another vehicle as ours was totalled in the crash and insurance wont help us much, if at all.  Any donation helps our family and we truly appreciate it.
