Life saving treatment for Arlo

We adopted our sweet boy Arlo a year ago from Bath Cats and Dogs home.
Over the past few days, we noticed he wasn't breathing properly, and one evening it was so bad we rushed him to the veterinary hospital.
We was quickly given oxygen, IV, and scans. We later found out that he had 250ml of chylous fluid in his chest cavity stopping him from being able to breath.
His diagnosis is Chylothorax and heart disease, they are unsure if these two things are related.
Arlo has always been healthy and is only six years old.
We have spent all of our savings on Arlos' treatment, and because of this he is being sent home without the further testing needed that could save his life.
The disease Arlo has is very rare, but is treatable if the cause can be found.
Arlo brings so much joy to everybody he meets. He is such a loving, affectionate boy. All we want is for him to feel better again.
If anybody has anything spare that they could put towards Arlo's treatment, it would mean the world to us.
