Blake was adopted from an animal shelter in North Texas by Glen Schallman. 

Glen suffers from multiple brain disorders that cause him seizures. So great was the bond between Glen and the little kitten that, during the night, Blake would sense a seizure coming on and bite Glen's toes to wake him up. This allowed Glen to take precautions to avoid any complications from the seizures. 

Glen is often found fundraising for others all around the country. He's able to keep doing this with the help of Blake alerting him to oncoming seizures in the night. 


Unfortunately, Blake suffers from his own health problems. He has cataracts that are threatening to leave him blind and keep him from being able to navigate Glen's world. He also struggles with digestive distress. 

Please help us raise money for Glen so that he can return the favor and keep Blake strong and healthy.
