Help little baby Andrew get healthy

Hello, friends. I've never asked for money or raised money for anything until now.
My best friend in the world, the one I've known since I was 2 years old, Kateryna Minakova and her husband Valentin Minakov really need our help to raise the money to take their 3 months old son Andrey to a hospital in Israel or Germany for a medical examination. They live in Kharkiv, in Ukraine and Ukrainian doctors can't seem to give the exact diagnosis or know what to do to save the baby. They have been living in a hospital since the day Andrey was born, very often with little to no-sleep, because hospital care in Ukraine sucks. It has been very very hard for them and all they need is just good doctors that will be able to give them diagnosis and proper treatment.
Andrey was born prematurely and by the C-section. I was there at the hospital the day he was born, I saw my dear friend, how exhausted and scared for baby's life she was. Kateryna, Valentin and their whole family have been fighting for Andrey's life since.
Andrey's current diagnosis is Pierre Robin syndrome along with the syndrome of microstructure chromosomal pathology. Mitochondrial dysfunction (transitory disorders in Krebs cycle, respiratory chain), transitory disorder of amino acid exchange, hyperhomocysteinemia. Genotype MTHFR 677 CT (risk allele).
In simple words, Andrey has difficulty with feeding, a few times his life was in danger because of choking with milk, he had a very bad reaction to formula and other complications. The baby is weak and requires a 24-hour care.
I want to raise $20,000 because that is about the amount the medical examination costs will be. Any little donation will help out tremendously and once we raise the money, I will post the progress and results of the examination.
This little baby was very wanted by all of us and I want to do everything that's in my power to raise this money so Andrey can get proper treatment.
