Help Luna Heal
Donation protected
Meet Luna. Luna is a 10 month old Siberian Husky girl who was an owner surrender at ACC in Staten Island. Upon taking her in, she was completely shut down. She would flatten herself to the floor, refusing to walk and her tail was tucked up into her stomach. Frightened of everything, Luna was showing signs that she had been abused.
Brought home by one of our amazing volunteers to foster and help her come out of her shell, it was noticed
that there was blood in her urine. Luna was immediately taken to the vet for a urinalysis and ultrasound, which showed she has bladder stones.
Currently, Luna has had surgery to correct this painful, hopefully non-recurring, issue.
Husky House will continue to do everything in our power to ensure that Luna gets the best care possible.
Thank you to anyone who can help. All donations towards Luna's vet bills are greatly appreciated.
