Help ZBT Get A House

Hi, my name is Gabe Herstig and I've come to GoFundMe to raise funds for University of Kansas, Zeta Beta Tau's first house on campus since the 90's.
When I came to KU I joined Zeta Beta Tau because I felt at home, I had a family 7 hours away from my family in Minnesota. Going to college, and leaving your friends and family at home can be a scary transition. But after being initiated and welcomed to the ZBT family my worrys and nerves went away. I had support from people that were going through the same thing as I was. As time went on, I started to change the way I was involved in the brotherhood. Joining ZBT has been one of the best decsions I have made. It has offered me 50 new lifelong brothers that I can go to for anything I ever need.
So, where am I going with this? Recently, a huge opportunity has risen for our fraternity. For the first time in over 27 years we have the chance to finally get a house on campus. Somewhere with ZBT's letters. Somewhere that we can call home, somewhere where we can go and unite as a brotherhood, somewhere we can form lifelong memories. With this house, we are changing ZBT. We are giving this fraternity and founders something they have pushed for years. Something they have worked so hard for. This isn't for the Sophmores, Juniors, and Seniors. This is for the future of ZBT. Starting in 2019 this house will be the new home for the brothers to come, for our kids, all looking for the same thing were looking for, a place to call home.
I am kindly asking for donations as I need to hit $1,000 to donate to my fraternity and the future of this brotherhood. Any donatation matters and it would mean the world to me and all my brothers who care so much about this.
