YOUNG SICK STRAY DOG IN GREECE!

Hello there, Im Lell and I have recently been moved to tears about the plight of this young dog in a shelter in Veroia, Greece. He is called Hope, possibly a Samoyed cross, around 2 years old and has severe back injuries, possibly a spinal fracture, he needs urgent medical treatment and rescue or he is in danger of being put to sleep. Disabled dogs do not do well in Greece, especially large breeds as they are difficult and expensive to manage so people dont take them in. I need to raise funds to get him vital pain medication, rabies shots, his passport, flights and transportation costs to get him to the UK and then pay for his urgent spinal surgery / treatment including intensive therapy so he can walk again, hopefully. I have been in touch with the rescue organisation, Animal Welare Association of Imathea and Vasso Taki, the President of the rescue organisation trying to help him who tells me he has improved physically somewhat but needs proper medical care urgently. This poor boy is very low and shut down and I desperately want to help him.
The Shelter have had him for over a month and have not given him any pain medication in all that time. He has had an X-Ray and anti inflammatories only. He was handed in by the authorities after being found crawling on the pavement in Verio in obvious pain, after possibly by being hit by a car. I just cannot imagine how much pain and fear he must have been in for all this time, he is a quiet shy boy who is all on his own, very thin and filthy dirty which just breaks my heart and I want to do everything in my power to to get him out of the shelter. Ive been told he has been crawling on his front legs around his cold concrete pen with no feeling at all in his hind legs, however recenty he has actually stood up on all four legs and even taken a couple of steps so there is hope if he gets treatment soon.
I wanted to raise enough funds to pay for immediate and vital pain medication to ease his pain, adoption fee, immediate removal from the Shelter and into doggie foster care, his doggie passport, rabies shots and transportation to the UK, then also raise funds to get him operated on and pay for his intensive therapy which he will need if he is ever going to walk again.
