Help with Mic's medical expenses

I died 3 weeks ago from a massive heart attack and cardiac arrest. My coworkers brought me back while waiting for the EMTs. I had angioplasty surgery and was put in an induced coma fir 2 days.  Just looked at the bills and i owe over $143,000.00. Not sure what my out of pocket copays will be but looking at my insurance info it is sure to exceed $5,000.00. I have no more sick or vacation time left. My employer wants 259.00 every 2 weeks while l'm out to stay on the insurance and wont let me back to work till i have medical approval. The cardiologist wants me out of work till mid January at the soonist.  I live hand to mouth paycheck to paycheck and have no retirement or meaningful savings.  Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.
