Long road ahead we can do this

I have just found out im very sick and wont be able to work...I have a 8 year old boy that needs his momma...Im unable to buy all the medicine that i need and all the doctors visits i have to make twice a week now..I just spent 10 days n the hospital due to low oxygen n now they say i have cronic copd and now i walk around with oxygen 24 hrs a day....Im still scheduled for surgery next week to put that box n my back due to not havin a large intestine...im also scheduled to have a dnc done due to  bleeding for over almost a month n a half now.... folic acid level is down to 2.8 Im a very scared mother tryin to hide most of it from my son he knows im sick but not the extent of it. I will tell him when i believe its time for him to know... Im a strong woman and i wont go down without a fight but i cant do this alone. I need your help... Every little bit helps n is very much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
