Help Zie fight Dysautonomia!

Makenzie is a family friend we have known for about 10 years who is only 15 and was recently diagnosed with Dysautonomia. This is a term that covers a variety of malfunctions of the autonomic nervous system (all the functions of the body that you don’t consciously control. She has lost the use of her legs and needs to learn to walk again. Both of her parents work and she has a younger sister who is doing everything they can do to help. She needs to be taken to rehab, see specialists and be on a special diet. They are doing their best to juggle everything but they are struggling financially. The uncertainty of everything and fighting with the insurance companies has left them with little patience and money. My family wants to help them with as much as I can but I can’t do it alone.
