Help with Injured Kitten (found at Sams Club)

This kitten (probably 8-12 weeks old) was found injured at Sam's Club today, hiding under a car, not for sure what happened but she was struck in her face and has severe damage. Her head/face were extremely swollen, mouth was cut up the side of her nose, cuts on her face, possible damage to her right eye, etc. Feline AIDS test was negative so we went ahead with the treatments she needs, she's on antibiotics, iv, catheter in, they will be sedating her to sew up her face, and she is staying overnight at the emergency vet for care. We had to go ahead and pay with Care Credit but the vet bill is very expensive, $710.50 (I've included pictures of the estimate we were given which shows each cost and the receipt from Care Credit), I've set the donation goal as $750 to cover some fostering costs when we get to take her home.
