Help with expenses - wife had stroke

My wife recently had her 3rd stroke and we have medical bills we are having a hard time paying. Also yesterday, 5/16, we found out our house payment is two months behind. It was being paid by Keep your home California and we were never notified that they made their last payment for March. We had been told it was going to be through a June but we exhausted funds. Now with Debbie unable to work we are trying to look at all avenues to keep our home.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
