Help with Bogart's Vet Bills

Bogart lost the use of his legs yesterday. He need a ct scan and possibly surgery to save him. I have put in all that I have and the estimated balance to proceed is 4,900 to 5,100. Just the ct scan and labs are 1,500. That could rule out the need for surgery if it comes back good. I need $1,500 to make the best decision for him. Any help would be appreciated.  I do have a copy of the estimate and the Veterinarian's information if anyone would like it. Thank you.
