Help With Bob's Medical Bills

Donation protected
On December 6, 2016, Bob Greenwood was viciously attacked for no reason and unprovoked by their 2 year old APHA/AQHA stallion (who was euthanized later that day).  Bob was airlifted to Emanuel Hospital in Portland, OR due to bleeding and head trauma as well as unknown internal injuries.  Bob had extensive bite wounds to his face, arms, and legs.  One of the bites tore the soft tissue away from the bone in his calf but the surgeons were able to successfully save his leg.  There still are areas without feeling in parts of his left foot.  Bob was in the hospital for 13 days and has ever mounting medical bills after a stay in the ICU and multiple surgeries done with more to come.

Bob's injuries will leave him unable to work as a millwright for Cascade Steel Rolling Mill for an extended period of time and he is the sole provider in the household.  They will have to pay a new insurance deductible starting in January 2017.  Bills are coming in and are starting to become a burden to Patti, who is already stressed about being able to pay for Physical Therapy and wound care (which he needs daily) as well as the rehab and surgeries to come.

Bob and Patti have been involved with raising horses for 20+ years and have met and become friends with many of you throughout those years.  This is one of the most caring couples you will ever meet and they would give you the shirts off of their backs if the roles were reversed.  Bob and Patti have been overwhelmed by the prayers and concern offered on their behalf but would appreciate any financial support you can offer during this very difficult time.
