HELP U.S. VET WITH CRITICAL BURNS

Hi everyone. My name is Leeor Arshadnia, and I am Dani Arshadnia’s first cousin from Los Angeles. While working disaster relief in Florida, my cousin, someone whom I’ve always looked at as my little brother, sustained severe 3rd degree burns all over his face and body. He’s in critical condition right now and needs help with medical bills and future therapy.
On Sunday morning, his younger brother Gabe called my cousin Daniel to thank him for his service, as he is a veteran of the United States military. A little after noon, Gabe received a phone call alerting him that Dani was en route via helicopter to a burn center due to a freak accident and was in critical condition. It had turned out that Dani sustained severe burns to his face, head, neck, back, buttocks, and worst of all, both of his arms and hands.
It hurts our family to our very core that Dani, a US veteran and a truly selfless person, was one minute spending his Veterans Day weekend taking care of and cooking for displaced hurricane survivors in Mexico Beach, Florida (Dani is an incredibly talented, well trained chef), and then the next minute was fighting for his life in a burn center in Gainesville.
Right now, in this very space in time, my beautiful cousin, my little brother, one of the most truly selfless, kind-hearted humans in the world, is in need of our support. For all those living your lives happily and without worry, please take a moment and reflect upon the fact that life can change for any one of us in an instant. Please, cherish your family and friends. Fate has an interesting and truly curious way of playing its course - whether it’s for good or bad, it does not matter. All we can do is support one another in those good times, and especially the bad times.
