Help us purchase a seizure alert monitor

In the early morning hours of August 23, I woke up to Miranda's left arm twitching for about 30 seconds.  Instantly, the tears came because I knew what that was.  I immediately called the neurologist office and told them what I had seen.  A few weeks later, we were woken up by Sophie, our oldest daughter, saying that something was happening with Miranda.  Mike went running into the room in time to see a full body seizure.  Miranda had a previous history with seizures and had been almost 8 years seizure free.  She has only ever had them when she slept.  This causes a great deal of fear for myself and Mike because we have to sleep too.  We can't always watch her.  Luckily we haven't seen any other activity since September, but with the help of a seizure alert monitor, we can possibly rest a little easier.  Both of my girls are the most precious gifts that God could have ever given me.  Thank you all for your love, support, kindness, compassion, advice, and prayers.  We love you all from the bottom of our hearts.
