Help to Support Medical Expenses

Friends this is not a Fake posting.  One of my friends sister's daughter is hospitalized and undergoing a medical treatment. From what I understood is kids family isn't financially strong enough to payoff the medical bills & to continue with the treatment.  They are seeking a financial help.
