Help to save the life of my father

My father, grandfather of my daughter, Alexander Safaryan, age 52, needs your help.
Alexandr was a farmer in Republic of Artsakh, where he was known to be a free-thinker, never afraid to speak his mind even against the all-controlling local government.
Unfortunately, he paid a high price for his honesty and courage, as those he criticised decided to make his life very difficult. As an example, animals of his farm where all slaughtered by the local authorities without a refund, under false accusation that they were ill and may spread disease.
Any business he tried to start was promptly hindered, until he was forced to move from his home land to Moscow Russia, to find a job allowing him to run a family and feed his children. It is because of his effort and sacrifice that I am here today, and I am begging you all to help me save his life.
He has been in the reanimation division of Burdenko hospital in Moscow for 2 weeks now because he was struck by brain hemorrhage as consequence of 4 aneurysms.
The neurosurgeons who dealt with his case concluded that in order to save his life, he needs surgery, and this should happen without further delay.
The cost of it is 5 300 EUR (6 000 USD or 400 000 RUB). I have attached his documents from hospital.
