Help to buy medical equipment

I have a muscular wasting condition, which causes no end of issues for me, I suffer with chronic pain because of it and am slowly losing the use of both my arms and my legs. I cannot walk unaided and grasping a simple spoon is difficult, I've recently had some of my ribs removed to ease pressure on my body but this has left me very weak indeed, I'm 38 years old with 2 young boys who are 9 and 7, I have become severely depressed and rarely leave my house, which is breaking my heart as I'm unable to play with my children kick a ball play catch all the normal things a father should be do I g with his sons or take them places, I have recently had to give up work because of these circumstances, I am trying to raise money for medical equipment for my home,a mobility scooter, mobilty bed and other walking aids to help so that I can confidently go outside with my children with out the thought of collapsing on the floor in a heap after walking 10 yards. I have daily anxiety and panic attacks which are horrible, I'm just trying to get some help and support so I can have some sort of quality of life, I would be grateful for any money raised. It is a daily struggle for me to even do the simple things, getting dressed going to the toilet and cooking simple food has become a huge challenge for me, I feel like I am in a fight with no hope of winning, thank you in advance to whom ever donates I really do appreciate it as my struggles continue.
