Help this beautiful girl child to hear and talk.

Hello everyone this is Kalima Isayeva and this funding page is for her. Lets all help Kalima to get operated so she can hear and speak. This girl child was born with out abilities to hear in Azerbaijan. The doctors in Azerbaijan knew about this situation and told the parents. Parents asked the doctors if they can have a operation to help her hear. The doctors said yes but never reached out to the parents. The parents were being ignored. Everytime parents reached out to the doctors they would say " Next year". So now almost 4 years passed and the child is still Death and cant speak. Parents now move to Turkey and they took the child to the doctors and they said that there is a huge chance of helping the child hear but the operation need to happen ASAP. So this is URGENT. Doctors said it will be better to do the operation before she turns 4 years old. She will be turning 4 in June 3rd 2019 THIS IS WHY ITS URGENT TO COLLECT THE MONEY ASAP.  If we collect the money and send it to the parents they will do the operation this month in April and this child will be able to hear and learn how to speak. So please help me help this innocent beautiful girl child. With that money she will be able to hear, speak, and chase her dreams in Future.
