Help the Little White Dog

This little pup was found in the Emerald Hills neighborhood of Redwood City after seen roaming for about a week. Numerous attempts were made to try and catch him but, until today, he managed to evade capture. He was found on Seminole today by an amazing woman and I reached out to her and volunteered to take him to the vet and get checked for a microchip. There is no chip but he is flea infested, matted to the skin and has a shattered leg. The cost of today’s vet visit is $1100.
