Help The Homeless, Stockton, CA

I have volunteered at and donated to the Stockton homeless shelter. While this is helpful to those actually at the shelter there are still many people living in tents on the streets and underpasses in the surrounding area. The settlement depicted in the photo above is just one street near the shelter and it's like this for several blocks in all directions. These people need help too! I would like to raise some money to buy food and personal hygene items for those who, for whatever reason can't or won't get help from the shelter.
