Family home destroyed by fire
At 2:45 am on October 2nd police and fire fighters were called to the Hawkins family home, all three buildings on the property were engulfed in flames and are at a total loss. Everything has been destroyed.
Luckily, the family was not at home and everyone is safe. Laurie and Al have been living on the property since 1989 and they raised their four kids Georgia Rose, Holly, Luke and Hank in the home they built themselves.
This tragedy has left the family with no home and everything that was inside is now gone, they need to rebuild from scratch. The severity of this is beyond words, imagine losing everything you spent the past 28 years building.
This family has been beside me and my children through many rough patches in life. The Hawkins Home was always an open door to myself and so many others. I've been blessed to have such amazing people in my life.
Laurie and Al are decent, honest, caring people! They are always there for everyone and now it is our turn to be there for them. We appreciate any support you can give.
