Help the family of Tony Bird

I never thought that I would have to ever write such a post. It's hard to find the words for such tragedy and it's hard to process the words I have read today...
"Instead of saying I do, I will be saying goodbye"
As a wedding photographer/human being, these are not words you expect to hear from a bride-to-be, just three weeks before her wedding day. They are not words you expect to hear ever.
But for my client come friend, Caroline - sadly, devastatingly - these are her words.
On July 3rd 2017, her fiancé, Tony, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Leaving behind shattered dreams, a beautiful wife-to-be and two young children. As well as many friends and family.
Along with my deepest sympathies, I would like to support Tony's family and I am therefore going to run mini portrait photography sessions throughout July 2017. To book a session, please contact me
on [email redacted].uk or by clicking on the contact link on my website (Minimum donation of £25.00 per session, both mini & full sessions will take place on selected dates within Nottingham and will be subject to my availability - Please note, that I will be unable to honour any bookings after July 2017 due to it being peak wedding season, where I will have no availability).
Donations of any amount without a mini session booking are also, of course, welcome. Even £1.00 will make a difference, pushing us closer to our goal!
All donations made will be transferred directly to Tony's fiancée, Caroline, and will be used as she sees appropriate to support their family during this time of tragedy. (GoFundMe deduct a total 8.5%
+ £0.20 per donation)

Update regarding press coverage - We would like to thank the Nottingham Post for running the story regarding our campaign.
