Help The Cindrics Through Chris’ Cancer Treatment
Spende geschützt
As you may have heard, our good friend Chris Cindric was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma earlier this month. We all know that Chris is a fighter and that he will beat this. In these early days of this battle, he has shown us all what a tough, positive guy he is. And he definitely has a supportive team around him (you)!
The journey forward will be tough. Chris will undergo 6 months of intensive chemotherapy. The treatment in itself will be a trial. I know that Chris is up for it. Unfortunately, it will take a lot of time. Chris is a hard working father of two. He will keep working through treatment. But, he has had to exhaust his only remaining vacation as his doctors have worked to diagnose the cancer and formulate a treatment plan. In his job, he must work to accumulate more time off. As a result, Chris will have to take a lot of unpaid time off in the next 6 months to undergo and recover from chemotherapy.
The goal of this campaign is to help the Cindric family to cover the unpaid time during Chris’ treatment. The $4000 goal is based on the work that Chris will need to miss. Please know that this campaign was my own idea. When I asked Chris if I could do this, he was very reluctant to agree. I assured him that his family and friends want to help so that he can focus on recovery. And certainly any of us might need the same kind of help some day.
Anything you can pitch in to help Chris, Dana, Zac, and Ben will be much appreciated.
