Help Tanner get to INFR in Vegas

My son, Tanner is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe in Pine Ridge, SD. He is also a Jr. Bull rider and has recently qualified, for the 1st time, to ride at the Indian National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, NV on October 22-26th, 2019. It has been his dream to make it to the finals, and he has finally done it. This is a huge accomplishment, it is like making it to the superbowl or final four.
