Help Taijah get back on her feet!

This is my friend Taijah!
I met her while she was homeless and suicidal. She's been through some pretty awful experiences in her life... but her heart and her spirit shines brightly.
Taijah is a black transgender woman who has been terribly abused most of her life, but she keeps on surviving. She is very special to me.
Thanks to many friends, the Oxnard police, and St. John's hospital in Ventura, many people have come together to help Taijah get the medical and psychiatric attention she needs. She is now living in a low rent home with some others who are under social worker's care.
This donation account is so Taijah has some extra cash on hand when she needs it. She doesn't need much, and she is learning to budget. We have donated clothes, towels and toiletries, but there are a few extra things Taijah likes to pick up at the .99 cent store down the street.
She will also accept donations in the way of clothes and incidentals. She is so grateful for all the love that has shown up for her in my tribe of friends. Before this, she didn't know there were so many kind people in the world. Let's keep the love going! Taijah is a bright light who dreams of paying it forward one day.
