Ashley and Chase Miciak were married 3 years ago. Together, they have 4 small children. Makenna, 6, Ethan, 4 and 1 year old twins, Rory and Blaire.
Tragically, last weekend, Chase lost his life, leaving his wife and four small children alone and without life insurance.
We are asking for help with daily living costs for this family. Mortagage, bills, groceries, and school costs will quickly add up.
