As we try to make sense of this sudden loss, we can't help but immediately think of the two babies who will forever be living without a mother. Nikki & Nick's beautiful daughter Julianna and 6-week old son Nicholas were undoubtedly the light of Nikki's life! I would love to show our support by helping her husband and family raise these beautiful children.
Nicole "Nikki" Amaru is the beloved daughter to Gary and Julie Erb and sister of Scott Erb. She leaves behind her husband, Nick and a very large family who cared for her deeply.
Nikki was an outgoing, loving and selfless person with an unforgettable smile. She was a devoted mother, wife and student who held a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and was pursuing her second Master's Degree in Writing at Southern New Hampshire University. Nikki, her husband Nick, and the two children lived at her parents' home while finishing her degree, in order to save money to provide the best possible finanical future for their children.
With Nikki's sudden passing, she leaves behind a mountain of student loan debt. In order for Nikki to achieve her educational goals, her family suffered years of unearned wages in order to allow her to realize her dreams. It is our hope, with this campaign , that we can help ease the financial burden on her family.
