My friend Paula has had a series of strokes.
She was starting a new chapter in her life. After many years of talking about moving, she finally took a leap of faith and did it! Her and her husband worked hard for years to make this dream of moving a reality.
Paula has been through a lot in her life but when you would talk to her, you never would see all the trials and tribulations cuz she’s a survivor.
She is only in her early 50’s, so having a stroke would not be an illness she would think would happen to her.
After having moved to another state, and settling in for a few months, she was feeling a little different but just kept chugging along like Paula would normally do.
You see, Paula and her husband have no insurance so it made sense that she didn’t want to go to a doctor.
Paula’s flight is far from over from the five strokes that she had in a row. It has affected her memory, loss of vision and her ability to walk well. She moved to Georgia to get a new start for her and her family. Her husband had just started his new job and they have not yet obtained health insurance. With the cost of the medical and now Paula not being able to work, the family is struggling.
Paula is a selfless woman and her kindness has been well known. She has helped so many in need and now more than ever she needs us. I am asking that we show her that love. Many people have reached out to the family and its more appreciated than you’ll ever know.
She had no choice but to go to the hospital when she could no longer walk or see.
Her and her husband are proud people and that’s why I decided to do this. I’m not family so they can’t get mad at me.
Please help. I would never ever normally do this type of thing but Paula is one of the most selfless people ive ever known and if you know her, you know how selfless she is, and if you don’t know her, please trust me when I say she can use some help.
