On Wednesday May 31, 2017 Tyraji Powell well known as Cookie Powell was struck by a speeding vechicle in front of her grandmother home in the 4300 block of Penrose. She is in critical condition at St. Louis Childrens Hospital. The doctors aren't saying much because it's to early to determine her condition, they have her sedated to monitor the swelling in her little brain and the blood that's in there as well, Cookie Powell is fighting a tuff battle as well as her love one's. Her mother my best friend Kim is also fighting this battle with her she is off work at this time due to this tragic accident.
