Help squeak afford her surgery

Our 9 week old kitty badly hurt her back right leg. We believe she may have gotten it stuck and trying to get free dislocated a few joints. The vets say with how tiny she is her only options now are to remove the leg, or put squeak down. I've had to raise these babies since they were 4 weeks old when momma decided to abandon them, so I dont have it in my heart to put her down. So I'm asking for your help to save my sweet little girl. Anything helps and I greatly appreciate anything you can do to help. Thank you.
