Help spay/neuter feral kitties

Long story short, Im looking for help with Spay/Neuter costs for the dozen feral cats on the ranch I work on. . Our location is right on the edge of the Salinas river bed.
This year alone my coworkers and I have found over 25 kittens. I've personally fostered about half, my very lovely friend and her family and a few others helped me more then I can ever express by fostering.. Being that Woods does not have anymore fosters available..Two days ago, we found another 8 kittens.. Im very thankful I found an amazing woman to foster all 8..
I'm an animal advocate, foster for Woods, current vet assistant working towards being a licensed vet tech, and also someone who can't say no or walk away from any little critter in need.. Even if that means housing 8 kitties in my one bedroom lol But I really need to get to the core of the problem and get the cats fixed on this ranch. I've been looking for new employment opportunities to better fit my schooling and future goals but I've promised myself I won't leave the ranch until I've spayed and neutered all the cats I can!
"Spay it forward" is an organization through woods that offers to spay cats at a reduced rate.
$25 for females
$15 for males
Additional $15-25 if they are pregnant, have a hernia.. etc.
I'm also going to be renting traps through woods for $1 a day.
My thought process is if there are 6 female cats.. That equals $125. Half if not all will likely be pregnant so that adds another $25 to each cat. (Being that they can go into heat from one week to 2 months after having kittens). There is also a litter of 7 kittens that are older that I haven't been able to catch that either need to be fixed and released or socialized and homed. I am not 10 0% how many kitties there are being so close to the riverbed but I am certain of at least 15.
My supervisor will be purchasing traps as well but providing or reimbursing me for any fees are sadly out of his hands.. So in my best attempt to fix this problem, even being as stubborn as I am.. Any help and donations is very appreciated. If anyone also has any information on lower spay/neuter clinics or access to more traps, please message me!
