Help smokey be able to walk again

Over the weekend my family cat began to not be able to use his legs and unable to empty his bladder. Vet bills are unreal to help this baby. He has crippling arthritis down his spine and a bad kidney infection. I never do this but I'm desperate and want to help my sweet family and this fur baby. Anything helps. Thanks to everyone.
