HELP sick cat caught WildbyNature

This cat was caught yesterday at Wild By Nature in E. Setauket.  My friend who caught the cat said it is very skinny and in desperate need of medical attention.  She saw it yesterday in the afternoon and then went back  a few hours later with a trap and it had not moved.  She is in need of funds to take it to the vet.  Any help is appreciated, no donation to small.
