Help Shelby with independence

Our little princess Shelby is 2 years old living with quadriplegic cerebral palsy level 5.
Shelby was diagnosed at 10 months old and we were told by paediatricians that she wouldn't be able to do much due to the severity of the cerebral palsy but fast forward 2 years she has proved them wrong. Shelby can now roll, lift her head while having tummy time, hold things & have a great understanding when people are speaking to her. She is very bright.
We dislike asking people for money but we feel as though we need to do this for our little girl so she can gain her own independence. Today at her therapy session she trialled a power wheelchair & she nailed it we had tears of joy because for us this was like her first steps.
The power chair costs $12,000 unfortunately she has no better start funding left & we have no idea how long it will take for her to be approved by NDIS. Shelbys therapist has mentioned that there is a charity that may find up to $6000 but we need to fundraise the other $6000. Her therapists and Doctor want her to have this chair asap to help her gain her own independence.
